Refund policy
We want you to love your EuroForged order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Supported with photos if requested
To start a return, contact us at euroforged@outlook.com. We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made an error or the item arrived defective. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some products can’t be returned:

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale items (unless defective)

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to review the size guide carefully before placing your order. Returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or defective. Size changes or change-of-mind requests are not eligible for return or exchange.
EU Consumer Rights
Where applicable, EU consumer law provides a right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced specifically for the customer.
All of our products are created on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: banks and card providers may take extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received it, please email us at euroforged@outlook.com.
